  15. ODF Dudes - I would urge you to make your ODF port of MacApp's TGridView as
  16. compatible as possible with the original. I know that this is always a
  17. tradeoff with framework design - what to throw out and start over with, what
  18. to stick with - but in this *particular* case I think you have a
  19. well-designed, mature component thatt
  20. that works quite well. Of course, one of the primary downsides of frameworks
  21. is the learning curve, and one of the others is code compatibility... So try
  22. to avoid arbitrary changes, and be very clear about the changes you do make.
